a spring in my step

i love spring!  flowers are everywhere and there's a different tune to the seagulls' call lately :)  its the start of the berries' season too :)  so yesterday off we went to our favorite Moroccan fruit stall and bought a kilo of fresh, juicy strawberries.  and right there in the middle of Casemates Square, the mister and i sat in one of the benches  soaking in the smiling sun and eating the sweetest strawberries ever!

we discovered this lovely berry halfway through the bag and wondered how unusually and beautifully big and mutant-like she is. i just had to take a pic :)  nevertheless, she tasted just as sweet :D
