rocket-tuna-pomegranate salad

garden greens are a must especially so when we like our deep-fried stuff. we found ourselves craving for something light and refreshing the other night but we also didnt want the generic ready-made packets in the supermarket! so we improvised and came up with this concoction :D

ingredients:
a can of tuna (chuck the oil that came with it)
1 whole pomegranate, seeds only (the white stuff that cling to the seeds are bitter)
salad greens (rocket leaves, lettuce, curly kale, etc.)
2 tbsps of apple cider vinegar
4 tbsps of olive oil (we used a homemade garlic-infused olive oil that chris made)
salt and freshly-ground pepper, to taste

procedure:
(1)on top of the salad greens, put the tuna and the pomegranate seeds
(2)pour the apple cider vinegar, olive oil and season to taste

serve chilled with warm garlic bread with cheese. enjoy!
